We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when returns or refunds are available and how the process works for customers in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Return Eligibility

Case Eligible? Conditions
Change of mind Yes Return request within 30 days of delivery, item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all included parts/accessories.
Wrong item received Yes Send photo(s)/video showing the item received and packaging label. We will arrange the best resolution.
Defective / damaged on arrival Yes Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo(s)/video of the issue and packaging.
Final sale / clearance No Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Gift cards No Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return conditions
  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include original packaging and all parts (magnets/plates/accessories if included).
  • We may decline returns for items with signs of wear, heavy scratches, missing parts, or altered products.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact support with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach photo(s) (and video if needed) showing the item condition.
  3. We’ll reply with next steps and, if approved, a return address and instructions.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For wrong item or verified defects, we’ll provide the best resolution (replacement or refund) after verification. Please do not send items back without approval as unapproved returns may be refused.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Short video (recommended) showing the issue

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (if a return is required), we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund timing
  • Inspection/processing typically takes 3–7 business days after receipt (if applicable).
  • After a refund is issued, your bank/card provider may take additional time to post it.

Shipping costs (if any) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error (wrong item/verified defect).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order and request a return for the original (if eligible). If you received a wrong item or a verified defective item, contact us and we’ll arrange the best solution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and you may need to follow the return process (if eligible).

Duties & Taxes

Important
Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees (if charged by your country) are generally non-refundable and are not controlled by us. If any such fees are applied, they are handled by your local customs/carrier.
